Strawberry Tiramisu in glass~ *(^_^)*

Salam, dear all,

good day, good dessert ...simply delicious , best served during cool


cloudy day today, makes me feels  hungry,
 then i snucked into the kitchen, 
grabbed anything inside the fridge, and within 5 minutes i made it.
i used  some portions of  the leftover  mixture of the cheese  during making cheese tarts few days ago, mixed though with eggs , icing sugar , vanilla essence and last but not least milk as solvent system..hehee*(^_^)*..
put alternately layering of strawberry filling  + cheesy mixture + finger's biscuits. 
perfect finishing with sprinkled chocolate powder ...ITS DONE.

chill up your day with a big smile, that may bright up your life
with a glass of chilled strawberry tiramisu..




smiles make you awake,
smile makes your sorrows away, 
smile brings the light to your life,
may your day cherished with happiness,

Talapia Masak Masam Manis~*(^_^)*

Salam, dear all,

good afternoon to all, 

hari nie panas terik, semalam hujan seharian, sambil buat keje sambil berfikir, masa itu jugakla perut berkeroncong nie, hehehe ok, time untuk ke dapur, dah tgahari nie,
teringat ikan talapia yang dibeli tempoh hari, biasanya masak goreng, masak kicap, kali nie, nak buat lain sikit..simple dan senang, sesuai untuk santapan keluarga samaada di waktu lunch or dinner.

Ikan talapia yang biasa dijual biasanya kategori yang dibela, fida lagi prefer ikan talapia yang berwarna merah daripada warna hitam...terpulang ikut citarasa masing-masing.*(^_^)*

**untuk yang tak makan ikan talapia, boleh diubah menggunakan ikan siakap/ ikan kembung  atau mgkin ikan sembilang..etc..

Ikan Talapia Masak Masam Manis



Bahan-bahan Utama;
1) Ikan Talapia sederhana besar saiz (2 ekor) dibasuh dengan air asam jawa dan perahan limau dan ditoskan (untuk menghilangkan bau hanyir , ikan darat dan dilumurkan garam kunyit untuk digoreng).
2) Serai 2 batang (diketuk)
3) cili kering (15 keping )-dikisar
4) halia 1/2 inci -dikisar
5) bawang merah bombay besar -3 ulas- dikisar
6) bawang putih -5 ulas kecil-dikisar
7) asam keping 1 
8) 1tbsp sos tomato-kurangkan kalau tknk terlebih masam 
9) 2 tbsp sos cili-untuk memberikan kesan lebih likat/pedas
10) perahan air -1  biji limau kasturi/limau purut- i used limau kasturi (opt-tkde limau, boleh guna cuka mkn)
11) garam gula dan perisa mengikut citarasa.
12) bawang besar -dimayang
13) 1 helai daun kunyit dihiris halus -untuk menaikkan bau/ sebagai hiasan


****tips untuk memasak ikan yang rangup seperti di kedai-kedai makan ialah-
salutkan ikan yang hendak digoreng dengan garam+kunyit+ sedikit kapur + sedikit bancuhan tepung beras...(confirm rangup)*(^_^)V


Cara-cara membuatnya,

1) Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali, gorengkan ikan talapia yang dilumurkan garam kunyit dan dimasak sehingga rangup. Angkat dan ketepikan.
2) Gunakan minyak lebihan gorengan ikan tadi dan ditumiskan semua bahan dikisar sehingga pecah minyak.
3) Masukkan serai, bawang besar yang dimayang, asam keping , perahan air asam limau kasturi, sos tomato dan cili  dan tumiskan bahan sehingga pecah minyak dan naik bau.
4) Masukkan garam +gula secukup rasa (lebih untuk rasa sedikit manis)+ hirisan daun kunyit ke dalam kuah . Masak lagi sehingga pekat. 5) Masukkan ikan talapia yang telah digoreng ranggup ke dalam kuah tadi. dan terbalikkan sehingga semua sebati.
6) Siap untuk dihidangkan ketika panas. Selamat menjamu selera :)




Resepi ini sesuai untuk dihidangkan dalam 4 orang .

AYAM MASAK LADA HITAM~

Salam , dear all,

How's your day today?

Rasanya lama bebenar tidak mengupdatekan diri dengan resepi masakan. Kekangan masa membataskan segalanya. maaf yer kalian :)

Today's entry is my favourite dishes (^_^)* and also the other's , housemate and siblings :)
*sedap dimakan dengan nasi time panas-panas, apatah lagi tgh musim hujan nie..huhu..:)



Ayam Masak Lada Hitam



Inilah resepinyer,;

BAHAN-BAHAN;
Bahan-bahan untuk dikisar;
1) bawang merah bombay -3 ulas (dikisarkan)
2) bawang putih -5 ulas (dikisarkan)
3) seinci halia -(dikisarkan)
4) lada hitam ikut citarasa kepedasan masing-masing (2 sudu memadai)-ditumbuk halus/dikisar halus

Bahan-bahan utama;
1) ayam sebelah (dipotong besar /kecik terpulang ikut citarasa)-dibersihkan dan ditoskan dan diperap dengan garam kunyit.
2) 1biji lobak merah -dipotong memanjang dan halus
3) tomato 2 labu-dipotong menyerong
4) bunga cengkih, lawang & kayu manis -untuk bahan tumisan
5) garam , gula secukupnya
6) minyak yang mencukupi untuk menggoreng ayam & menumis bahan tumisan.
7) satu keping asam keping
8) 4 /3 sudu besar kicap manis (untuk memeriahkan warna, mencukupkan rasa)


Cara-cara membuat;
1) kisarkan bahan kisar. Ketepikan
2) Panaskan minyak dan gorengkan ayam sehingga separuh masak. Angkat dan ketepikan.
3) Kemudian , panaskan kuali lain dengan minyak. Tumiskan semua bahan tumisan + bunga lawang,cengkih , kayu manis dan kicap manis  sehingga pecah minyak.
4) Masukkan ayam yang dimasak separuh + lobak mereh/carrot dan masukkan asam keping. Masak
sehingga pecah minyak dan carrot dah lembut. 
5) Masukkan tomato dan perasakan dengan gula , garam secukup rasa. Masak lebih kurang 15 min lagi dengan api sederhana perlahan sehingga kuah betul2 agak pekat.
6) Bolehla di angkat dan disediakan ketika panas-panas. *(^_^)*

Perbezaan MUFFIN & CUPCAKES

Salam, dear all

hari ini saya rasa terpanggil untuk buat entry in bm version, entry ini mengenai perbezaan muffin dan cupcakes kerana mendapat pertanyaan ramai pihak.

 Let me share with you the differences between MUFFIN & CUPCAKES.


Perbezaan antara cupcakes & muffin:

PERBEZAAN 1
 yang jelas dan senang untuk difahami ialah CUPCAKES mempunyai frosting (icing) manakala MUFFIN tidak. Biasanya MUFFIN adalah lebih berkhasiat dan disediakan untuk makan pagi /breakfast berbanding CUPCAKES yang disediakan untuk majlis keraian tertentu seperti majlis kahwin/tunang/akikah. 


PERBEZAAN 2
 cara penyediaan muffin adalah berbeza dengan cupcakes;

MUFFIN
1) cara penyediaan MUFFIN adalah lebih kurang sama seperti membuat biskut.;
 campurkan bahan kering dahulu baru sebatikan dengan bahan basah. Sebatikan dengan hanya menggunakan spatula shaja sudah memadai.-jgn over mix kerana boleh menghasilkan gluten dan rongga udara. 

2) MUFFIN dibakar dengan suhu tinggi 180c-200c (20-25min)  bergantung kepada saiz muffin.


CUPCAKES
1)cara penyediaan CUPCAKES adalah sama seperti penyediaan membuat kek. 
butter/marjerin dipukul sebati sebelum dimasukkan gula (dipukul supaya udara & lemak bergabung , kemudian baru masukkan telur , tepung, serbuk penaik dan sestengah ditambahkan susu).

2) CUPCAKES dibakar dengan suhu seperti penyediaan kek-180c (20-25min).



PERBEZAAN 3
ADUNAN MUFFIN & CUPCAKES;


MUFFIN
Perbezaan yang ketara bagi MUFFIN ialah tekstur adunan adalah lebih keras & crumble . Jika diperhatikan adunan muffin akan menggunakan lebih partisi tepung dan hanya sedikit telur digunakan. (biasanya untuk satu adunan hanya 1 biji telur digunakan). Kebiasaannya muffin akan ditambahkan dengan buah kering seperi kismis /badam/kekacang / choc chip. Tekstur MUFFIN  yang kasar menggunakan gula kasar dan bukan gula halus seperti penyediaan kek . MUFFIN dikategorikan sebagai lebih berat & padat berbanding CUPCAKES. LEBIH BANYAK TEPUNG DIGUNAKAN UNTUK MENGHASILKAN MUFFIN YANG CEPAT & MUDAH.

CUPCAKES
Cupcakes mempunyai tekstur adunan yang lebih soft & moist berbanding dengan MUFFIN. istilah gebu biasanya mengikut kepada partisi telur , tepung & susu yang digunakan dalam adunan CUPCAKES. seringkali org menggunakan kaedah pembuatan kek untuk menghasilkan  MUFFIN. yang ternyata kalau asalnya resepi, muffin adalah lebih keras & padat. 
CUPCAKES have less denser rather than MUFFIN. 




FORMULA MUFFIN : SOURCES DIANA'S DESSERT




 Diana's Desserts;
the "basic formula for muffins is ;
2 cups flour, 
2-4 tablespoons sugar, 
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 
1/2 teaspoon salt,
 1 egg, 
1/4 cup oil,shortening or butter, 
1 cup milk. 
When the fat, sugar and egg ratio in a recipe reaches double or more than this, you have reached the cake level."





KESIMPULANNYA;


a CUPCAKES is like a cake,


 while a MUFFIN is like a BREAD.
