Puding Roti

Assalamualaikum w.b.t, 


Bread Pudding ( puding roti)

you also can make simple sandwiches as your breakfast

next entry is all about simple version of bread pudding

1) 8 slices of bread (chopped into 4 pieces for each slice) (gardenia brand)
2) 2 tbsp of margarine (planta brand)
3) 2 cups of evaporated milk or fresh milk ( dutch lady brand)
4) 1/2 cup of raisins
5)vanilla flavour (2 drops)
5) 4 eggs (lightly beaten)

1) Chopped the bread into small pieces and set aside
2) Placed all the ingredient (margarine, milk, raisins, vanilla flavour and beaten egg) in the baking tray 
3)steamed about 20 minutes and ready to be served with custard cream
